General Policy
Due to the inherent nature of digital assets, all transactions initiated within the Limbo marketplace are strictly non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered to the buyer. This applies to all product types including serial keys, software licenses, account credentials, and any other digital files. Once delivery is confirmed — either manually by the buyer or automatically via the escrow timer — the transaction is considered final.
